Who Can Participate
American Green Ride for Alternative Energy Vehicles is open to all who can ride safely in vehicles that are powered with some kind of alternative energy - INCLUDING HUMAN ENERGY  - BICYCLES ECT, or with alternative energy technology along with conventional fuel  ( gasoline and diesel ).

Requirements to participate in Green Ride

Any vehicles that use some alternative energy technologies including alternative energy technologies working along conventional fuels ( gasoline, diesel).
HUMAN ENERGY VEHICLES ARE QUALIFIED - BICYCLES ECT.

All vehicles must be registered 1 month before Green Ride Participation.

All members must be registered 1 month before Green Ride Participation.

All Teams   are required to make photo of team, article from ride & videos. ( 15 minutes Maximum)

Each team must have photo of odometer from start and end of each route.

Small Videos up to 15 minutes from each team's route will be considered in voting for best team.

Each photo must have date - time is optional.

Each Team must submit article from their Green Ride Route - before December 23 the same calendar year. Each article must include all required photos.

Each team must submit all requirements to orders@biznet1.com before December 23rd, 23:59

Eligibility for prizes
All participants eligible for voting of prizes are those who successfully finished Green Ride in it's category and submitted all requirements before December 23 of the same year .

Who is Eligible to take place in Voting for Prizes
All participants who finished their routs and submitted all requirements are eligible to take place in voting for prizes.

Time
All Vehicles and participants are free to start their rides any time from January 1 to  December 23, 23:59
All requirements of Green Ride must be submetted before 23:59 December 23. All expired submissions ( after December 23 ) are not eligible to take place in voting.
Voting take place in calendar January following year of each Green Ride.

Who Wins Green Ride?
Winners are chosen by Registered Voters. Winer is chosen by voters - most registered votes wins the prize for each category.
There are 1st, 2nd 3rd place in each category.

Voting is for:
Best technology used in vehicle
Best article from team's route.
Best video from team's route.
Best photos from team's route.
Winning prize comes from most votes received by each team.

Who can vote?
Everybody who registered to vote can vote for 3 best teams in each category. Registration is require for each calendar year.

How to vote?
All registered voters need to send by regular mail three best candidates they vote for  from each category to: Silesia Group Inc., P.O. Box 763, Elfers, FL 34680, USA All votes must be sent and received in calendar January following Green Ride. Only one vote per registered voter is allowed.

Legal Requirements:
All participants are responsible for their vehicle and participants safety. All participants needs to observe all federal and states legal requirements. All participants are fully responsible for their well being while on Green Ride.
Organizers of Green Ride are not liable for any accidents to participants.
All participants by taking place agree to take full responsibility of their well being while participating in Green Ride.
All participants by participating in Green Ride agree not to sue Organizers of Green Ride. Green Ride is void where prohibited.
All submited information to Green Ride becomes property of Green Ride and may be used to place on Internet or any other publication or advertizing.

Fees:
Each Vehicles - $350.00 for vehicles over 1000 lbs or 500 kg
Each Participants - $100.00, Kids under 16 years old - $25.00
Vote Registration - $25.00

Prizes:
Level 5 - Local - 1 place 50% of 1% of total prize
2nd place - 30% of 1% of total prize
3rd place - 20% of 1% of total prize
Level 4 - Regional -  1 place 50% of 10% of total prize
2nd place - 30% of 10% of total prize
3rd place - 20% of 10% of total prize
Level 3 - Regional -  1 place 50% of 20% of total prize
2nd place - 30% of 20% of total prize
3rd place - 20% of 20% of total prize
Level 2- Regional -  1 place 50% of 25% of total prize
2nd place - 30% of 25% of total prize
3rd place - 20% of 25% of total prize
 Level 1 - Regional -  1 place 50% of 44% of total prize
2nd place - 30% of 44% of total prize
3rd place - 20% of 44% of total prize
Total prize is in amount of 75% of all money received by Green Ride - Administration of Green Ride takes 25 % of total money received.
All unclaim prizes will go forward next year winning prizes minus 10% administrative fee.

Green Ride Levels:
Level 5 - Local Routs - participants must finished 10 miles from his/her home, any direction.
Level 4 - 100 miles.
Level 3 - 1000 miles
Level 2- 2000 miles
 Level 1 - 7864 miles +
Watercrafts Routs - The same as above, Aircrafts Routs - The same as above.
